Should I still go to my Junior prom, even though I have no desire to and all on my friends keep telling me to?

    I went to prom with a girl I was dating freshman year, and I'm not a dancer so the fact I was with her was the only reason I enjoyed it.
    I didn't go to my junior prom because the school I'm in now just has the dance. The one I went to freshman year had a fancy dinner at a golf resort and dancing, so comparatively this one would be lame. Some people are trying to get me to go this year but there's still nothing enticing me to go.

    I did not go to my junior or senior prom. They are a lot of money to attend and only for one evening.

    If you do not want to go, you shouldn't.
