will you still go to jail for beating the shit out of someone if they did something terrible to you and they really deserve it?

i loved this guy so much but he used me for my money and then dumped me for this chick who's a model. he hurt me so bad and made me feel really ugly and fat. if i go ahead and kick his ass will i still go to jail even though he put me through emotional trauma and he really deserves it?

    Well I'm really sorry that happened. What a horrible thing to do.... oh man, I'm truelly sorry.

    Legally, I need to tell you that it is still illegal, whether or not he hurt you. In a real-life scenario, if every person who was ever hurt emotionally or physically went out and hurt or killed someone, we'd have a situation. I for one wouldn't have parents.

    Now, I want to let you knwo that you are completely jsutified in your thinking and feelings. Hell, I'd come and beat the shit out of him myself.
    The best idea is to know he obviously is s complete jerk, and furthermore, a waste of your time, and find someone who really matters and cares about you for you, not the desires or passions that come with it. You want a man that'll love you more for all your qualities, whether or not they're good or bad. He should be willing to accept your good traits as well as your downfalls, because that's what makes us unique, one of a kind, and amazing. What should matter is you.
