    Only if it were applied to fat people earning more than $250,000 per year. I mean, that's what Obama promised, right?

    Oh, I forgot, he signed a bill increasing cigarette taxes...which, studies show, hurts mostly the poor. Well, so what?!? That's the only promise he has broken since he took office. :-)

    Actually, states like Blue (Democrat) State Maryland have put an added tax on so-called "junk food". The average citizen of Maryland has lost 50 pounds since that tax went into effect. Yeah, right!

    Personally, I'm not for any added taxes for politicians to piss away buying votes and power for themselves. NONE!

    I don't think there should be a higher tax on overweight people, plus the BMI is a joke anyway. It makes no sense and doesn't calculate the stats based on sex or body type.
    I wish I knew what you meant by N.I so I can answer this question or vote.
