    Depends on your driving habits.
    Like if you always have to wait for left turns.
    Turn on the dims and emergency flashers and walk around the car.
    Check the brake lights with someone to step on the pedal, or back up to a store window at night and use your mirrors.

    Don't hesitate to change both , or all at once.
    Bulbs are cheaper than tickets and accidents.
    You don't want to have to change them in a very cold or hot season.
