I swear genetics play a part - - I know of many guys ( granted, older than you are presently ) who are extremely fit, eat well, work out, exercise, extreme physical jobs etc -- and the six-pack does not happen as well as they would like. I do think some guys have more of a propensity to achieve the six or eight pack. [ So, maybe do try to be happy you're slim, too. :) I smiled at that choice. ] Be Well.

Maybe you are eating too much protein. I understand that too much protein turns into fat if it is not used up. Try eating the same amount first and also do some running, like two - three times a week. Add to that, 200 sit-ups a day and get on one of those machines that allows you to lift weight with your abbs. That way you will be burning stomach fat and building muscle that will eventually show. Try to eat leaner meats too.
