im at a young age but i dont like what i look like.i have been thinking about diet pills. should i consider taking them? if so which ones?

    eat smaller portions more often. grill food instead of frying. eat over 5 portions of fruit ans veg a day; but remember they still have calories.. exercise a little and try increase it over time. use stairs instead of escalators or lifts. get off the bus a stop earlier than normal and walk a little further. or park your car further from your destination. it all helps burn calories. but dont try relying on pills. it wont work longterm and they can be bad for your health. learn everything you can about nutrition. also try meat and dairy alternatives. soya spreads and meat substitutes are lower in fat. but make sure u take a calcium supplement with magnesium. you dont have to cut out all meat and dairy alltogether just substitute some. learn whats high in fat like cheese and nuts. and lower your consumption. but make sure u get all the right vitamins and minerals. eat plenty of green veg as its high in calcium. diet pills may reduce your absorbsion of essencial nutrients. remember that eating healthier takes time for ur tastes to change. you may not like the taste of healthier things at first but give your pallette time to change then with time you ll crave the taste of healthier stuff. your young and still growing so diet pills could harm ur natural growth. people dont stop growing til early 20s. also a good tip is instead of having spread on sandwichs try low fat salad dressing to give moisture.

    They don't work. Period. Diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight short of surgery.
