In my thoughts, I guess sometimes heavy, sometimes lite, Rosie. Physically, I used to be a skinny kid. Now I'm 6'1" and a lean 230lbs last time I checked. Feels just about right and normal, for me that is. ;-)

I've been as lite as 117..but that was in 2008 after surgery when I lost my appetite for awhile. And I've been as heavy as 127. I feel best at 123. That's the most comfy weight for me. If you are 6' 1" and weigh a 'lean' 230 you must be very muscular and work out Mark. I'm very glad we're friends! Happy Wednesday m'dear. Wouldn't want you angry at me although I think you're a teddy bear and wouldn't hurt a fly! :)
