    I'd admit it's looks first. The woman may not be the beauty of your dreams, but there is something about the looks that attracts. That includes the figure as well. The physical comes first. When it comes down to the bottom line it is always the personality, not the looks. But most important it is what two people have in common and agreements. Do they like the same things, same interests, and can communicate well to each other, and so forth. In their first dispute how do they resolve it. That is one of the most important factors in a relationship. That first dispute, how it is handled, is how they will handle all disputes from there on.

    A combination of both, looks with nothing inside gets really boring very fast and you have to be attractive to the other person physically to make it work in the first place.
