I vote: None of the above.

If a guys beats up another guy for being rude to a girl, but then turns around and is rude to his girlfriend, it's because he considers her his "property" to do with what he likes. He beats up the other guy not because he thinks it's wrong to be rude to a girl, but to show his girlfriend that he's tough, and is perfectly capable of violence. That relationship is a potentially violent one, and the girl should get out of it.
