oh k now that i think of it i suck at taking care of gold fish! heres the story me and my family were at Walmart and my little brother who is now 9 saw gold fish then he automatically wanted it ..so he called over my parents and told them and as uasal he got what he wanted so he got them and he also got this really small!!!! little container...so me doing research on them i found that it was way to small!! so being the nice big brother that i am i spent my own money and bought a way bigger tank for the two little fish cuz i heard they need room! and i also bought a little air pump so the water can be oxygenated but nothing else! cuz i had no more money so i thought maybe i dont have a filter but maybe i can just put then in little plastic cups and dump out the water and rinse everything everytime i see the water get a little misty so ive done that for like month or maybe more. any way today i learned that by putting them in little plastic cups is like stressing them because they are all of a sudden in less water that fast..then about a week ago i noticed that they no longer move around like they use to and they stay way to close to the floor and stay there all day...then today the littelest common goldfish died today and he or she was no biger than a USB i wonder why..so one again i did research and foundd that my littel brother my have been feeding them to much cuz i found that there were some food on the floor of the tank and found thats really bad ....now that i think of it the day started letting my littel brother feeding them on there own tht when this started happening could this be why/ help CUZ I THINK THE ONE THAT THE ONLY GOLDFISH WILL DIE TONIHT! i asked my mom like 10min. ago if she could take me to the store to buy medicine and proper cleaning tank care but she said NO! ahh now im scared!
The sides of the mouth on my 2yo Oranda are collapsing. They are so narrow squished peas barely get in. Should I try to open it wider?

My goldfish have recently started hanging out on the bottom. They perk up when I come near the tank, but go back down. Water test is good.
