Help answer this question below.
I was born in 92 so for the sake of this discussion lets say "my generation" are children from 1990 and onward.
I'm not going to moan about my life because everyone else is in the same boat. I have a job so i'm one of the lucky ones. I have still lost a lot of weight over the past 2 years from hunger and stress and I have worked for the majority of this time so I really feel bad for the people who can't find work.
Everyone around me is extremely depressed and struggling badly to keep going and fighting. I can see the question in their eyes. "why and what am I struggling for?"
We were all driven as kids to work hard and we will be rewarded. Only now this isn't the case as you have to work EXTREMELY hard to pull in minimum wage and just survive let alone keep your sanity. Everything we were told as children doesn't apply anymore and there is nothing anyone can do.
What are the next 20 years going to be like? How can "my generation" afford a mortgage or car insurance? how can we afford to have a family?
What do you think? is there hope around the corner? is there a light at the end of this very long tunnel?
