OK my Friend says I'm upsesed with my Pet hamster i play with her,feed her,and give her something to Drink am I upsesed?

    I have no idea what "upsessed" means, unless you mean "obsessed." If you are caring for your pet, feeding it and making sure it is comfortable, you are neither obsessed nor upsessed, but being a responsible pet owner. Good for you.
