    Many people i know have nearly died from having the injection. each year th e flu varies so it is only a guess what strain will be this season. vit d3 is a safer and better option

    I do not get the flu shot and anyone who says it gives them the flu is a liar. In the early days of the flu shot they used to use a live virus. which would indeed give the person the flu. Now a days they use a dead virus which will not make you sick, but will still cause your body to make anti bodies cause it recognizes the virus is in your system.
