Ever since Extreme Couponing aired, have you started using coupons?

    Coupons are typically available for processed foods. Things that aren't really very good for you.

    It's no bargain to be able to buy those sorts of products.

    There are some coupons that are worth obtaining and using but few.

    I like to cook from scratch and there aren't many coupons for basic ingredients. When they are available I do use them but the show is of no interest to me and I have not changed my buying habits because of it.
