Help answer this question below.
My partner has had chronic pain in his lower back similar to what it felt like when he blew a disc in his upper back a few years ago. The difference is that one healed within a month and this has been going on for over 3 months. Sometimes OTC pain relievers help, sometimes they don't. He works hard and has a very physical job but since he is 1099, he cannot afford a doctor. We need suggestions. He refuses to try anything that I have for back pain. (FLexaril/Ultram. PLEASE HELP HIM.
