This is true. MOST of them arn't. But just like most other people, there are good witches and bad ones, therefore, they can, and some of them WILL harm others. But the good ones don't. Thanks for your vote.

Lol. Me? I'm a Green witch. I do mostly white and herbal magick that only brings about positive energies and people. It's how my clergy works too. If your goal is to bring about pain and suffering, this will reflect and you will get back three fold of this negative intention. Same goes for good intentions as well.
