what is the best cut of beef to roast in a Rival Roasting oven and what are the best spices to put on it?

    rib roast
    or a filet ( doesn't take long )

    spices

    sprinkle with paprica
    with a little cayenne pepper
    no salt ( it dries out the meat)
    pepper
