Creationists: Do you accept the validity of DNA evidence as a way of assessing the guilt or innocence of a suspect?

    voted: Yes. When samples are collected properly it's reliable.

    DNA evidence should not be relied on solely as there could be non-incriminating reasons for the suspect's DNA to turn up. It should always be tested if there is a chance it will exonerate someone convicted without it.

    I don't think I'm the kind of creationist to whom you were addressing your question, but I am answering polls this morning and I'd think most creationists, even Kentucky Creation Museum young earth creationists, would agree with me that DNA evidence can be useful. There's no disagreement over what life looks like today, only how it interrelates and what it looked like in the past.
