    if you have a mortgage you will automatically have one.
    if you have paid for it, you will have to seek one, it protects the value of the INSIDE of your cono or townhome ( including walls, floors, fixctures, content) from fire, vandalism, earthquake, flood, theft, liability)

    yes, indeed..and it protects the inside...the master policy covers the common outside elements.
