I agree ,
However most companies require a percentage of different races in order to fulfill a contract . If the company does not fill it's quota they will lose the contract . Here is my point you have 2 qualified Engineers one of the Engineers is white graduated with honors his Dad worked 12 hour days to save and pay for his son's collage . The other put effort to pass but was given grants because of his race . This company needs one qualification the white Engineer can not give . It is color of his skin . So I do agree one union without regard to race .Enough IS Enough Who cares who paid for what . The best qualified should be hired .
