    I already have.

    One should keep in mind that if the goal is IMPROVEMENT in the process, then the stuff you send them should be constructive.

    Just telling them you hate the site doesn't help them, or us.

    But telling them "I hate the new layout on the site because (fill in the blank) and this makes it difficult to (fill in the blank)" gives them useful information.

    This isn't to say that they will immediately affect changes based on your input, or even ever affect those changes. But at least they WILL be taken note of.

    For those who would argue that "AB doesn't listen", I would like to point out the old adage that "you can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time". Ain't gonna happen.

    If you want CHANGE, then you've got to phrase your comments as such.

    If you just want to b*tch, then certainly just posting gripes is the way to go. But don't expect any real results from this method.

    I have been sharing my opinion all day in the blog (forums) and it seems like a waste of time because they are not listening. Joel even came on and said he liked the new site. So at this point it's kind of a mute subject.

    I think I'll do the same. I've already set up an account on another site. I'm sticking around on AB for a week or two to see how things pan out. If they decide to keep this mess, then I'm out.

    There are some good new features which I have wanted to see for a long time, such as Polls and more detailed descriptions under Questions...but it seems like in introducing new features, they had to nuke the whole site!

    One thing at a time, AB.

    A decent-looking but very functional website in infinitely better than a beautifu-but-confusing website.

    Yes, I will be leaving feedback. I really don't care much how the site looks, but the interface and in fact the whole premise behind the site seems to have changed.

    I don't find it fun anymore .. Some new features are good, no doubt .. but changing the whole thing was too shocking for many users.
    I'm sure the glitches will be fixed by time, but nothing will fix the fact that a large number of AB users won't be seen around here anymore ..
