i'm just going to eat what i like. the fact that the food has trans-fat just makes me feel bad for eating it. i know i am bad.

I have a fast metabolism, meaning it takes a long time before I gain too many pounds.

- It's not only the fats for pounds, on account of that I don't care either, it's the fact that they slowly store up in your arteries increasing the chances of provoking heart diseases such as heart failure, high blood pressure and strokes which happen to be the leading cause of death in the US, it isn't a myth for it's the leading cause of death and especially since they're found in almost all foods these days for they're much cheaper to produce and actually more appealing to most people's taste buds these days.

I always watch for fats in general but I never do without..if I want pizza I eat pizza if I want cake I eat cake if I want a hamburger and fries that is what I eat...but I still try and watch they fat intake and my total cholesterol was 124 the last time I got it checked..so I must be doing ok
