car starts,battery tested to b fine,head lights work however nothing electrical inside works.(infiniti J30 1995)Suggestions as to why?

    It's either a fuse or wire problem.

    Could be a "fusible link" or a large 45 ,75, or 100 amp fuse that can interrupt all power to the other fuses by the parking brake pedal, and one could be blown. There cold be a short that blew a fuse.

    See those big 30 45 75 and 100 amp fuses...
    Check them all.
    Electrical components are protected against shorts by fuses. Main fuse box is located in left kick panel next to park brake pedal. Fuse application information is located on fuse box cover. An under-hood fuse and fusible link box is located next to battery. Relay boxes are located next to battery and on right side of engine compartment.
