If I buy electrical components from hardware store, put them together and make a new electrical product. Can I sell it legally ?

    Why not? You think maybe it is violating a patent? Or trademark?

    For a trademark if you are worried just mention it is repaired or refurbished etc. I doubt that patents cover doing something anybody can do such as putting well known parts together but in any case you can wait at least until the company tells you to stop.
