My boyfriend is over weight and I am much more attractive than he is, he gets jealous when I look good is that a sign of abuse

    It's a sign of his insecurity. But honestly, you saying you're more attractive than him is probably one of the reasons he's so insecure. I'm sure he knows you feel that way.

    There's lots more to being attractive than "looks" or weight ... and having an attitude that you're better than someone else ... is really not very attractive.

    If you're flaunting your attractiveness in front of him, you are probably contributing to his lack of self esteem, which could be interpreted as abuse of him by you, additionally, he may suspect that you might be cheating on him, or be planning to, particularly if previous partners have.

    You need to show him that he's the only one who matters to you, not because of what he looks like, but because of who he is.

    that kind of jealousy and in security can certainly LEAD to a very bad, unhealthy , relationship.....bf's are easier to rid yourself of than husbands !!! be grateful you have no children in this .......
