    I'm not sure about which bank is the best. That being said, I have had good experiences with CIBC (The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce). In my experience, the people who work there have always been helpful and provided me with information that I needed in a quick and concise way. If I didn't understand something, they were quick to find a way to help things make sense to me in a timely manner. I have never been disappointed with them.
