Should we ban guns all together or make it harder to get a gun? Maybe have a test and make it like getting a drivers license to own a gun? Have it be renewable every 5 or 10 years, just to see if you are hearing voices.

Federal law permits ex-convicts to have concealed weapons, regardless of offense for which they went to prison. Do you agree?

I don't know if we should legalize drugs, but at the very lest we should decriminalize them.
That would solve a lot of the gang problems.

I can see legalizing pot. It has real medical uses. I haven't seen someone high on pot picking fights, destroying property, or acting in a belligerent/stupid manner, unlike the hordes of drunks I had the misfortune of meeting in college.
The guys I knew who toked just stayed home and chilled.
