I have been off my anti-depressants for a month. I wake up horny as hell every day. Is this normal? I am 57

    Normal - there is NO SUCH THING AS NORMAL. Most people get horny and feel better about sex when they are NOT depressed. It is just a "Good" side effect of the meds... enjoy it. Wish my wife woke up horny as hell every morning. Just make sure your BF takes care or your needs!!!!

    Had the antidepressants had the side effect of reducing your libido while you were taking them? Your body could be playing "catch-up".

    The only real reference I have is from the film Trainspotting.

    (BTW, it is normal to wake up horny, in my experience.)
