The Canadian Supreme Court is expected to rule this week whether a Muslim can wear a niqab while testifying,in a sexual assault case.She and her lawyers are saying that religious/cultural practices are part of her constitutional rights.
What about facial expression?She could be smirking under the niqab.What if she is not whom she claims to be?
Is justice what celebs get when they are found innocent and anything else is procedural misconduct not to be confused with guilty?
