Help answer this question below.

My 21month old shih-tzu woke up limping this morning,no cuts, hes not whimpering when i touch the leg. any1 know what this may be

    It could be a growth deficiency, or she could have strained it jumping on or off the couch/bed/stairs etc... Some allergies are known to make dogs limp. Have a look in between the pads fo her feet, if they are a bright red or have scabs, chances are it's a food allergy. But the only way to know for sure, is to take her to the vet.
