Xbox Loading Problems.

My Xbox(I've had since 2001), has been having problems.... it doesn't load games(even new ones), sometimes it... freezes when loading, or gives me the message "make sure the disk is a DVD, game, or CD and not dirty or damaged", or clicks while loading

My original Xbox won't play dvd'd It says, the dvd region of your dvd playback kit is invalid. I have tried every controller port and it still won't work. What can I do. This is the second eye I have tried in it.

My friend's original Xbox won't read her Halo disc, although it works completely fine in mine. I've heard I could simply replace the DVD drive. Is that the easiest and cheapest way to fix it?

My Xbox (origional) freezes at the logo screen when I first turn it on. The ring doesnt even turn red. Eventually, if I leave it alone, it goes to the clock. It will let me change the time, but it takes like 30 sec to change. There isn't even an error msg

I have an older origonal Xbox and for some reason it wont play most of my games, it will play audio CDs without a problem and halo 2 will work everytime without a problem so will a couple other games, but every new game ive bought will not work at all.

My xbox plays some games fine, but some it gives a black screen with diagonal lines, but audio ok. Some of these games are brand new, some older - the older ones play ok on another xbox. Games are all for older xbox.

The Xbox freezes like 20-25 minutes into game play and the DVD drive starts making a clicking sound, And then i have to turn it off and when i boot it back up it will not read the game at all it says it can not read the DVD or CD it says it has a scratch.
