Classic Xbox tray wont open. Stripped Gears. Anyone know where to buy new gears? Part # on the stripped gear is H3-1. Its the gear below the belt gear that lifts the laser into place when the tray is closed. I'd hate to spend $50+ for a $1 part.

My Xbox 360 just recently just stopped recognizing the game disks and after I put a disk in, it still says "Open Tray". Occasionally it will say "Unplayable Disk" or "Play DVD" even though it is an Xbox 360 game. Is there anyway I can fix this?
