My Panasonic LIFI HDTV 1080p will not come on. the green lamp light will flash for a few moments then the red lamp light will flash a few moments then stop. is there a bulb to replace?

I replace the lamp in my mitsubishi 62 inch t.v and the lamp light is staying on and the status light keeps blinking and the t.v wont come back on. even after reseting it and unplugging it. the model number is wd-92327.
