I recently started pilates/yoga everyday This consists of doing 30 minutes of namaste yoga, then 2, 30 minute sessions of pilates throughout day. My stomach seems tighter, but it seems like my lower stomach is becoming bulky. Should I not do it so much?

I have no abdominal muscle strength, have been doing pilates with veria tv for 3 weeks. I cannot do the rollover, lifting up the hips off the mat. When doing the hundred, I cannot lift my shoulders off the mat. Is there any hope?
