White tone stopped working on sanyo tv. things are mostly green tone, esp night scenes. Can I repair the white tone adjuster?

While watching a particular TV station, i.e., channel 6, I'm hearing background audio from either another channel or from a radio station. No problem on any other channels, just this one channel. Any fixit ideas??? Mike (2009-10-23)
