Whenever I start up my ps2 (not slimline) I just get this horrible crunching noise that repeats itself endlessly. This has sometimes happened while playing as well. I can sometimes get around by restarting, but it's getting worse and worse. Any help?

Most of my PS2 games work fine, but when i try to play any PS1 game, a knocking/clunking noise occurs and the screen goes black. Sometimes it gets to the PSX logo page, but that's as far as it goes. I've cleaned the lens but that hasn't worked. Thanks

My PS2 is gitching on me when I play GH2.I makes a tick noise occasionally and then makes them constantly and the screen freezes and the line of notes starts to be wavy.Then it eventually stops and the notes then lag by about 1.2sec.What might be wrong?

My Rockband game for PS2 will not load. It will auto go to Browser and load up to the PS2 logo, then begins to make a grinding noise and refuses to play. It plays movies for a few minutes then freezes and makes the noise. Plays other PS2 games fine.

PS2 was noisy & slow until I changed the laser arm. Now everthing moves quietly & freely BUT only displays configuration/browser on power up. Won't recognize any discs. W/ the cover off, laser pops up & flashes once. Any ideas on how to fix it?
