I want to have two light fixtures that can be controlled by one switch. The catch is I want one on when the other is off and vice versa, easy to do? can it be done? I could put another switch inline on one fixture if that would work?

I installed 13 lamp posts,40 feet apart up my driveway.I used 12/2 exterior wire. At every post there is a plug,and 3 - 25 watt bulbs.I ran all of this on a 30 amp breaker.Everytime I flip the breaker the lights work then trip. Any Ideas to fix my prob?
