I have white patches on my face near the chin and also on my chest. these are not like the patches caused by vitiligo. these are very dim but visible and almost on the right side of body; right side on the face and right side on the chest. what are these?

Hi frens ,i'v got black marks on my face n my face is dry it is only on my upper part of both chicks.it's not scars , no pimple marks but only appears when i'm 29 .could anyone plz let me know if u have any idea.it would be greatful. thanx bye.
