Lexmark x85 printer Installed new cartridges colour one fine but no black ink at all. Have taked film off and followed intall instructions. What now. Help me!!!

I have a Lexmark X85 - 4 in one. Had a paper jam - after that when it was printing, it made loud noises. It seems the feeder is not feeding at the proper speed - printing over printed lines, scrunching up the lines, missing half a line, just a mess.
