Should Kukkiwon certified instructors know better than to kick a 16 yr. old kid full force in the jaw during sparring practice? Especially if he wasn't wearing a mouthguard and it was his 2nd day of class? I would like to know if this is common practice.

I have been in Taekwondo for a year and a half I now have my green belt but I have been Sparring with Red and Black Stripes from day one as I have a Black Belt in Kenpo..(VERY DIFFERENT style) I am not aloud to wear my belt when sparring WHY?
