My CASH account balance changes when I switch from cash basis to accrual basis on a QuickBooks Balance Sheet. Why is this happening? Cash is cash, right? You either have it or you don't. I have checked every transaction and can find no discrepancies. Help

This is a question about Quickbooks Pro. Why when I push the previous button while looking at an invoice does it not go back to the previous invoice but rather one way before? Eg. Looking at invoice # 1239 and push previous, it goes to #471. Why?

Quickbooks 2003: When "making deposit" I accidently closed out of the summary before hitting save and deposit. I cannot access the deposit summary nor did deposit appear in check rec. The deposit items appear to be sitting in undeposited funds account.
