I have been having problems with my 04 Freightliner with a series 60 Detroit. It runs fine until it hits 1300 rpm and then struggles until 1500 rpm. Sometimes the check engine lite comes on, but when we run the codes it comes up with something different

I shuttle trailers in a day cab midnites on regular routes. Can't take road that says Truck Route 7am-7pm ONLY. Only 3/4 mile on that road to get to my stop. Any regulations showing exceptions on something like this? Otherwise have 2 g

My series 60 Detroit idles good and sitting will rev up good but when I get it moving with a load on it starts smoking and misfiring at about 1300 rpms. The injectors check out fine but there is carbon in the fuel filters and tanks.

2003 frieghtliner with cummins desiel. Check engine light comes on and I lose power. 5 to 10 seconds later light goes off , power is back. Happens after truck is running for about 4 hours, and never in the winter. Only in warm temps!!
