Set up 2.5 tank yesterday with condition.Today getting cloudy.1 Beta.Plastic plant&glass marbles from pet store.Too much conditioner?

I have ten gallon aquarium. I recently re-did it, put in black rocks. I have fantail goldfish in it. Ever since I redid it my AquaClear Foam filter insert has turned pink. I have changed the filter twice and cleaned the aquarium. Turned pink every time.
