My 2 yr old voodoo lily has about twenty nice offshoots but the main "monster" is now about 3 1/2 feet tall and ready to break out its leaves. should i remove the offshoots to better feed the monster or let them all go until the winter re-pot?

Plant identification: The foliage looked like an ivy. (but delicate and verigated) Each one I pulled had a tiny bulb. This year, I left them. They now have a thick stalk with a bright orange headstalk - like its a sead head. picture attached. Help?
