Why can't i load my gimp brushes? I've downloaded an assortment of them and placed them in the right folder, but they don't show up in gimp, even when i refresh the brushes menu. I've also noticed that most of the "broken" brushes are listed as shortcuts. (1 answer)

I have managed to view a scanned image saved as a .tiff file - I now would like to upload the image to a webpage for my friends to see but am not sure how to do it. Will they need to download software such as 'infranview' in order to view the .tiff file? (2 answers)
