My neighbor upstairs stomping very loudly at night time (up to 4 am) over hardwood floor. I cannot sleep. Our condo has a rule, that require 80% of floor to be covered by carpet. But managment does not care. What can I do? (7 answers)

Hoa enforeced no boats in the driveway for us. They are not going to enforce it for our neighbor who has a driveway in the back. It states 'no boats in the driveway.' What should we do, this is unfair and it is it allowed? He said it would ask the board. (5 answers)
