  • Step 1:
    The healing power of the mind can readily be seen in those who are dealing with an illness. Those who have accepted their illness, taken steps to get well and have turned to a higher power recover quicker and tend to heal faster.

Meditation

  • Step 1:
    By blocking out outside stimulus and focusing on positives, a person allows the mind to help bring contentment and happiness in everything and every day. Blessing will be recognized and flow.

Spiritual Healing

  • Step 1:
    When the mind is allowed to find happiness within, we often find peace. Only from inner peace and happiness can we live contently. Let the mind guide you to harmony and joy and release poisons that torture the mind such as greed, hate and jealously.

Discard Negative Tendencies

  • Step 1:
    The mind can lead a person to desire what is unattainable, to misunderstand ignorance and to dwell on suffering. The mind is also where we find serenity and enlightenment. Accept and focus on the good, not the bad.

Possessions

  • Step 1:
    When a person puts too much focus on possessions, the mind becomes distracted. By letting the mind become free from yearnings, a person becomes not materialistic but thoughtful, intuitive and responsive.

The Physical

  • Step 1:
    Using the healing power of the mind, a person can sleep better, eat better, exercise better, have better relationships, feel better, improve health and enjoy life. The mind lets a person achieve what they focus on.
