Instructions

Stages of Sleep

  • Step 1:
Four stages of sleep must be reached in order to gain recuperative sleep. The first stage of sleep is REM---rapid eye movement sleep. The second stage of sleep is called NREM, or non-rapid eye movement sleep. After NREM is reached, a further four divisions of sleep are optimally reached, with the depth of sleep increasing as the stages progress.

Over-the-Counter-Medicine

  • Step 1:
Sleep Cycle Nighttime Sleep Aid induces sleep naturally. Containing 1 mg of melatonin per oral spray, this over-the counter sleep aid promotes restful natural sleep that enhances muscle growth and recovery. Recommended dose is 6 sprays by mouth 30 minutes before bedtime.

Herbal Sleep Aid

  • Step 1:
Sleep Tite (see Resources), is a natural, non-addictive herbal sleep aid that ensures a healthy recuperative sleep. This sleep supplement allows you to feel awake and refreshed after allowing you to have a good night's sleep.

Melatonin

  • Step 1:
Nature's Quick 2 Sleep (see Resources), is 100 percent natural and allows you to rest for a good eight hours with its nonaddictive ingredient, melatonin. Placing an instantly absorbed strip on your tongue brings almost instant sleep in 15 minutes or less.

Homeopathic Remedy

  • Step 1:
Natural Impact homeopathic sleep aid is all natural, based on vibrations that occur naturally within the body. Homepathic sleep supplements treat the cause of sleeplessness and don't make you feel strange in the morning. Natural Impact allows you to sleep without worries.
