Instructions

  • Step 1:
    Check for an index in the front or back of your your Thomson LCD TV user manual. Identify the page number corresponding to area of your LCD TV that is having a problem. Be sure to look for a troubleshooting or common problems section listed in the manual.
  • Step 2:
    Check the settings against those recommended by your manual. Change settings as necessary to fix the problem. Experiment with troubleshooting steps from your manual to identify the optimal settings and solution for your error.
  • Step 3:
    Call or email customer support for troubleshooting tips. Visit the Thomson LCD TV product site. Select the type of hardware causing your problem to troubleshoot external connections. Select "Support" to select your LCD TV model, view the user manual or technical specifications. Select "Contact Us" to view the customer service help line to call for personalized assistance and troubleshooting.
