Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

  • DV camera
  • Camera 3-to-1 RCA cable
  • Step 1:
Plug the RCA 3-to-1 cable into the camera. The cable will have the RCA (red, yellow and white) connectors on one side to plug into the television and one plug on the other side of the cable, similar to the size of a headphone jack (typically these will be included with the purchase of the camera). This side will be plugged into the camera via its RCA port.
  • Step 2:
Plug the other end of the RCA cable into the television. Find an available RCA port and make sure the colors of the cables match the color of the ports you are plugging them into.
  • Step 3:
Power on the camera. Turn it to "VCR" mode.
  • Step 4:
Power on the Philips LCD television. Switch the video input (either on the remote or on the television set) to the input containing the analog DV camera's signal. The camera will now be hooked up to the Philips LCD TV and ready to be watched.
